1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the VR escape room services operated by Neon VR Escape Kft (the Service Provider).

2. Services, booking and payment

The Service Provider offers team-based virtual reality escape room experiences. Bookings can be made online or by phone and are confirmed by email. Current prices are shown in HUF on the website and include VAT. Publicly available payment methods are shown during checkout; online card payments are processed by Stripe. Gift cards must be paid for in advance.

3. Cancellation

More than 48 hours before the booking: modification or cancellation is free.
Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the booking price is charged.
Within 24 hours or in case of no-show: the full booking price is charged.

If the Service Provider cancels due to force majeure or another unforeseen event, the paid amount will be refunded or the booking will be rescheduled.

4. Gift cards

Valid for 12 months from purchase.
Not redeemable for cash.
Remaining balance may be used later where partial redemption is allowed.
Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.

5. Participation rules

Minimum participation age is 10; guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
VR is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy/photosensitive seizures, heart or circulatory conditions, or claustrophobia.
Equipment must be used as instructed; intoxicated guests may not start a game.
Game master instructions must be followed. Deliberate damage may result in liability for damages.

6. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damage caused by guests, loss or damage to valuables, accidents caused by ignoring instructions, or consequences of participation despite a previously known health condition.

7. Privacy and disputes

Personal data is handled under applicable data protection law. See the Privacy Notice. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.

8. Changes and contact
