2. Data processed

For bookings we process name, email address, phone number and, where invoicing is requested, company and tax information. For gift cards we process sender and recipient names and email addresses and an optional message. Technical data may include IP address, browser information, visit time and cookies.

3. Purposes, legal bases and retention

Booking fulfilment: performance of a contract; retained for five years where required for accounting.
Invoicing: legal obligation; retained for eight years.
Customer service: performance of a contract; retained until the case is closed.
Newsletter: consent; retained until unsubscribe.
Website and security functions: legitimate interest; generally retained for the session or the period described in the Cookie Notice.

4. Recipients

Stripe processes online card payments and may receive the data required for payment and fraud prevention. See Stripe Privacy. External email providers may process data to deliver transactional messages. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. Security

Measures include HTTPS, access controls, protected servers and databases, and regular backups. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
