1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. It can support security, sessions, preferences and, with consent, analytics or marketing.

Strictly necessary
XSRF-TOKEN: CSRF protection, normally two hours.laravel_session: session handling, normally two hours.remember_web_*: remember-me login, up to 400 days when used.
Preferences
Local storage records your cookie choice and selected categories. Preference storage is denied by default and enabled only with your consent.
Payment provider
Stripe may set cookies necessary for secure payment processing and fraud prevention. See Stripe Privacy.
3. Optional analytics and marketing
Google Tag Manager is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default and updated only after your choice. Tags configured in GTM must respect that consent state.
4. Managing cookies
Use the cookie banner to accept all, allow selected categories, or keep only necessary storage. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may interrupt login, booking or security features.
5. Lifetime
Session cookies expire at the end of the session; persistent storage remains until its set expiry or deletion. Exact third-party lifetimes are controlled by the relevant provider.
